Our Story
Golden Passages Concierge Care, LLC was founded from a lifelong commitment to serving others and a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and families face when navigating aging, illness, disability, and life's many transitions.
Our founder brings more than 20 years of experience in the helping profession, dedicating her career to supporting individuals and families through some of life's most vulnerable moments. As a hospice social worker, she had the privilege of walking alongside countless individuals facing serious illness, end-of-life journeys, caregiving challenges, and significant life changes. Through this work, she witnessed firsthand the profound impact that compassionate support can have on a person's well-being and quality of life. She also recognized a growing need within the community. While many individuals required assistance beyond traditional caregiving services, there were limited options available that combined practical support, emotional presence, companionship, advocacy, and personalized attention in a truly client-centered way. Families often found themselves overwhelmed, trying to coordinate care, manage responsibilities, and ensure their loved ones remained connected, engaged, and supported.
These experiences, combined with her compassion, professional expertise, and unwavering commitment to helping others, inspired the creation of Golden Passages Concierge Care, LLC. The vision was simple yet powerful: to create a service that goes beyond basic care by offering elevated, concierge-style support tailored to the unique needs, preferences, and goals of every individual served.
